WCP Survey Section
Philosophy
The
goal of the survey section of the Williams Canyon Project is to create
accurate base maps and speleologic inventory for the science and
exploration projects being done in Williams Canyon. These tasks are
done without jeopardizing the protection of caves and cave resources
in the canyon. In order to minimize impacts on these resources, standards
for survey and inventory have been developed to prevent multiple
trips into the same areas to collect the same information.
